George Clooney and girlfriend injured motorcycle accident

George Clooney and a companion were injured last Friday when the motorcycle they were riding collided with a car on a narrow road in New Jersey.
Clooney had a broken rib and road scrap while girlfriend Sarah Larson, his passenger, broke her toe and also suffered a black eye in the collision. The two were treated at Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen and released, Clooney's spokesman, Stan Rosenfield, said.
"He's doing fine," Rosenfield added. "He has a broken rib, it's very painful and it'll take a long time to heal."
The 46-year-old actor was in the New York area to film the dark comedy "Burn After Reading," co-starring Brad Pitt, John Malkovich and Frances McDormand.
But Clooney still came out to support his drama Michael Clayton at the film's premiere Monday night at the Ziegfeld Theater.
He was the first star to arrive and walked the red carpet with Larson, who was using crutches. Her right foot had on a dressy black heel, and her left foot was bandaged. "It's starting to hurt," she said before Clooney kissed her as she left him to go inside the theater.
“I’m doing fine. I'm wrapped up, I'm a little dinged up – lots of Neosporin," Clooney said at the New York event. "I'm definitely not jogging or doing jumping jacks."
Clooney knows he and girlfriend Sarah Larson were fortunate to escape their motorcycle accident with minor injuries.
"I feel pretty lucky we got out of it," Clooney added at the premiere Monday night.
"It's scary," he added. "We never really saw it coming."
