Britney Spears has been dancing her way back into shape, as seen on the photos, flaunting her stunning new figure, complete with toned stomach
Looking tanned and healthy, the 25-year-old was spotted attending a dance studio in Hollywood, where she torches the calories (up to 1,500 an hour) with jazz and hip-hop dance classes. Her new athletic appearance was on show thanks to a tiny crop top and denim jean-skirt, looking toned and tanned.
“Her body was in phenomenal shape,” instructor Darrien Henning tells of a recent visit.
As for her diet, the 25-year-old mother of two has swapped the Cheetos for healthy sushi and eats six mini-meals a day.
The star is hoping to put the wayward partying and rehab stint, following the split with Kevin Federline, behind her.
While rumours persist her shrinking fame owes more to cosmetic surgery than hard graft, there's no doubt Britney is intent on making her pop comeback as spectacular as in her heyday.
“I think she’s excited to get where she wants to be,” the singer’s trainer Manny Bujold says of his new client.
Brit was even seen visiting her record company Sony/BMG at the weekend.
