Britney’s rift with mom Lynne

Britney Spears' relationship with her mother appears to be at breaking point.
Spears's mother is "brokenhearted" over recent difficulties in her relationship with her daughter, a friend of the family said.
Lynne Spears "has cried her heart out over the trouble between her and Britney," says the Spears family pal. "She is brokenhearted. She wants her baby to be okay and to bring her grandkids home to Kentwood and raise them in a normal environment."
On Thursday, a defiant Spears personally delivered papers to Lynne Spears, who was on the set where her sister Jamie Lynn, 16, in Valencia, Calif where she was filming her Nickelodeon show Zoey 101. Then she walked away as her mom sat on the trailer steps, shocked.
Although one report said the papers to be a restraining order to keep her away from sons Sean Preston,1, and Jayden James, nine months.
Britney reportedly gave her mother a lawyer's letter (not a restraining order like the report said) asking her to stay away from sons Sean Preston and Jayden James if she's taking any medications that would impair her ability to be around them.
As for what may be behind the rift between mother and daughter, the family friend said: "I think Britney is angry that her family got involved in getting her into rehab."
Their relationship reportedly became strained when the star accused her mother of conspiring with her manager, Larry Rudolph to force her into rehab earlier this year.
Things had been frosty between Lynne and Britney ever since it was reported that Britney blamed her mother for forcing her to go to rehab.
