Although I have not seen the Simpson's in quite a while, I do think he portrays many typical traits of a family man, the struggles and trial and tribulation. I think a lot of American men could really relate to him.

Is anybody else as excited as I am about the Simpsons movie coming out in July?
I'm really excited to see what happens in the movie. I've also heard that once the movie comes out, there will be no new episodes of the show. Has anybody heard any news on that?

I had heard several weeks back that on an episode of 'The Simpsons' there was some remark about 'Family Guys' dad, Peter Griffin being father of the year. Family Guys staff responded by running over Homer Simpson in one of the openings they had. I THINK that's what happened but didn't hear anything else about it. Anyone hear anything?
